The City Mission
During the week of November 16 as part of celebrations for the anniversary of the Salesian Mission, a group of students, instructors and professors of the Salesian Agricultural technology, we were working on two squares in the city, planting trees. The first place we work, the neighborhood was the truckers, located in Lisa Trejo and Roque Saenz Peña, on Monday and Tuesday, about 40 trees were planted willow in the western corner of the square. We have the cooperation of the neighbors who gave us water for irrigation, while leaving installed drip irrigation tape. From the town agreed to install a water outlet, to improve irrigation.
The second place was the neighborhood Airport where work on Wednesday and Thursday, mimicking what is done in another place. members of the neighborhood council managed the cans to store water for irrigation, and Carlos Garcia of parks and gardens of this watering with the truck tank, until the position has its own supply. this activity is performed first polytechnic students, Juan Herrera, José Ibarra and Carla Dolder.
